📊 I) Nation-wide Study of IT Uses & Absorption

In collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University, we conducted a nationwide study of IT usage and absorption by MFIs and Cooperative Banks/Societies. Over 160 DCCBs and 50 MFIs were surveyed. The core finding was that IT barriers exist not due to high solution costs, but because institutions lack localized IT help and specialized personnel. Published by ICFAI in Microfinance: Exploring the Role of Technology.
