Overview of the Initiative

Saral Services has chosen to actively work across five key districts: Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Jamui, Munger, and Bhagalpur under the Nalanda Vikramshila Wisdom Corridor (NVWC) in Bihar. To deeply understand the village infrastructure, it is essential to explore the core matrix of the Saral100 program.

Building of Youth Swadhyay Samuh (YSS) in 100 villages to completely support the operational learning of 100 AVBA learning centers. 100 AVBA Learning Centers: Managing 100-200 children per center, equipped with a Library, one Tablet, a TV, and backed by 5 facilitators from YSS. Phased Implementation Stages

  • Stage 1 (Survey Process): Conducting regional surveys to filter out passionate local youth and identify existing private tutors across 100 target villages in the NVWC territory.
  • Stage 2 (Infrastructure Handholding): Interacting directly with the selected existing or aspiring tutors to provide vital baseline learning infrastructure.
  • Stage 3 (Pedagogical Training): Delivering high-quality training frameworks (covering core pedagogy along with self-learning habits) and supporting them to establish mini tuition points.
  • Stage 4 (Panchayat Consolidation): Structuring systematic leadership groups and federating individual youth into consolidated YSS bodies at the Panchayat level.
  • Stage 5 (Center Activation): Deploying 1-2 macro AVBA learning stations per Panchayat, managed end-to-end by the YSS body and catering to at least 100 village children.
